I found Geoff online and without ever having met him but my initial impressions were extremely positive. His response times to either e-mail or phone calls were lightening quick. My wife and I needed to find a house in short order on a transfer from Montreal to Toronto. Geoff really listened to us and was able to instinctively to show us homes that met our every need.
