New property listings appear on the Toronto MLS throughout the course of the day. They are uploaded by Brokerage firms throughout the the GTA and can be accessed by every Toronto Real Estate Agent.

A good Real Estate Agent will be checking for new listings throughout the day....much like a Stock Broker looks at the 'ticker tape'to check on Stock Prices. If I see a Toronto House or Downtown Toronto Condo that meets my Client's criteria, I will will forward it to them within minutes of coming to market. My clients don't need to search the Toronto MLS to find their house....because it's my job to do that for them. I ensure they don't miss out when that ideal property comes on the market.
