I am a London resident who was looking for a condo for my daughter attending Ryerson University. I contacted Geoff to inquire about one of his listings in February. I found out in the first week how active the Toronto condominium market was, especially in the area near Ryerson and U of T. I was informed by Geoff that the listing that I was interested in had received multiple offers and was sold significantly over the asking price. Needless to say, I was anxious. Would I be able to find that perfect condo at the right location within my specific time frame? After exchanging several emails, I was convinced that Geoff would be the perfect agent to guide me through this process. I was not disappointed! While there are hundreds of agents working in Toronto, to find the few good ones is like looking for a needle in a hay stack. I consider myself lucky. I have no doubts that there are many top selling agents out there who are hard working and knowledgeable. What impressed me most about Geoff was his sincerity and dedication to his clients. He has this amazing personality that make you feel like you are taking advice from a friend rather than an agent. After taken a course from the Ontario Real Estate Association I learned some of the dos and don’ts in real estate. Despite this background, I got emotionally involved when it came to my own investment and Geoff reassured me that I made the right decision. Even after the closing, Geoff continues to offer me his advice on other real estate-related matters. Thank you, Geoff.

It was by pure chance that I did an internet search and found myself the ideal real estate agent in Geoff. I could have called a number of people that I have used in the past but I wanted someone who knew his way around town. Someone informed and in touch with the market. Geoff was the first to reply to my inquiries. He is a thorough, informative professional, with great marketing skills. I have bought and sold a few properties and frankly I was never quite satisfied with any of my agents because they never delivered the results that Geoff was able to achieve in a mere two weeks. Geoff was able to sell my condo in two weeks because he did his homework. One of the things I really appreciate was his ability to do the research, work with my tenants, run around town doing the required leg work, explaining things to me and my tenants, keeping me informed every step of the way and most of all making me feel confident when we listed the condo. Geoff knew that I was going to be out of the country for two weeks and did everything in his power to make sure that no stone was left unturned. Luckily, for us, we were able to go on vacation, happy people, because our condo sold a few days before we left the country. A lot of the credit goes to Geoff because of his ability to market the condo and keep a keen eye on the process. As first time home owners it was very important to my partner and I to be absolutely certain of the costs involved in becoming a home owner. We had previously used Geoff when we were looking for a rental property and he quickly came up with an amazing condo for us so we knew that he was the best person out there for helping us make our first purchase. I feel so fortunate to have found Geoff. He is a consummate, knowledgeable professional and it is clear that he has a gift for this work. I had been looking for a home for three years.
